OUR GOAL IS
To Raise $23K CAD by January 2023
On January 27th, 2023 The Greatness Collective and Cold Plunge Crew will be travelling to Maneadero, Mexico to join in a community housing build project. Together, we will build a home and participate in community projects to help us gain a better understanding of the community in which we serve.
Every donation helps and goes towards:
An experienced staff that provides logistics, set-up, guidance and interpreters.
Construction materials, equipment, and everything needed to build a 16 X 20 insulated home on a concrete slab with electrical wiring.
Service programs and outreach in the community (feeding program, local orphanage, migrant camp).

This is why we’ve partnered with The Greatness Collective, an incredible and inspired organization championing leaders in our community and abroad. We are honoured to have the opportunity to give back.
How Can You Help?
The Cold Plunge Crew will be hosting monthly events around cold exposure, movement, mindfulness and community starting on June 9th, 2022 running until the end of the year. Join us, do something great for yourself and donate to an amazing cause!

CPC is a community of people connecting over meditation, breathwork, cold water exposure & human connection. We started cold plunging at Lynn Valley in North Vancouver about 4 years ago. Since then hundreds of people have joined the crew sharing their cold exposure stories and experiences.
The CPC is passionate about health, wellness, mindfulness, community, and giving back. This year our big goal is to build a house in the north of Mexico and make a less fortunate family very happy.
