No two people are the same. I know that what works for me may not work for someone else so this is why I have asked 4 people I am very inspired by to lead us through their morning.

For the past four years I have been experimenting with morning rituals. I went from being a creative night owl to discovering that I’m actually a productive and highly efficient morning person (when I choose to be.)


I thrive when I have my routine. Even more so when there is community support to keep me accountable and motivated. Insert the Mindful Morning community —> Your new accountability buddies. Woooo!
